Biography
A licensed professional counselor (LPC) and certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT), Ulrich completed his internship at Hospice of Arizona. He graduated from Argosy University with his Masters in Mental Health Counseling, 2009. He then spent seven years at the Gila River Behavioral Health Department as both mental health and substance abuse counselor. Ulrich joined the Meadows Outpatient Center-Scottsdale in 2017 as a group and individual therapist working with young adults, adults, and families. While at Meadows, he ran the Gentle Path IOP sex addiction group before transitioning to the Arizona/Colorado Virtual IOP group. After seven years at Meadows Behavioral Health as therapist, Clinical Director, and Director of VIOP Mr. Ulrich opened Reclaim Your Joy Counseling, PLLC. He now works with individuals from all over the state, leading them through processing their emotions, thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
